Technological stage of the substructure of a residential building in Trutnov

The bachelor's thesis aimed to prepare the stage of implementation of the rough lower construction of the apartment building which is located in Trutnov. The block of flats is based on a grade construction made of concrete strips footing and construction blocks of pernament formwork. Technological regulations have been created for the stage of realization of the rough lower construction, the equipment of the construction site have been suggested, appropriate machine set has been chosen, shipping relations for material and machine supplies have been considered, OHS (occupational safety and health), control and trial plan have been applied as well as a schedule and budget were created.

The final thesis is focused on the design and assessement of precast structure of industrial hall – with purlin, prestressed girder, columns, grade beam, pile cap and pile. Structural analysis was performed by SCIA Engineer 2015 and hand calculations.

The aim of the final thesis is to design and structural design report of selected elements of prefabricated storage hall. Processing of foundation drawing, element composition and for each designed element formwork drawing and reinforcement. It is a single-storey hall, where the main structural system consists of a transversal frame columns and prestressed girder. In this final thesis I designed and structural assessed prestressed girder, reinforced concrete purlin, roof bracing, column, grade beam and foundation pad. The calculation software Scia Engineer is used to calculate the effects of internal forces. The results are compared using a simplified method. The design and structural assessment are made according to valide standards. The designed construction complies with the limit state of ultimate and serviceability.
